I
recently purchased a video card and a 1 Gig DDR2 Ram Stick from your
store. The video card worked fine but the ram would not. I returned it
and it was found to be faulty. I exchanged it and the new stick works
fine. I have been building and upgrading computers as a hobby since the
early days of PC's. My first upgrade was my IBM XT in the 1980's. My
point is, although I'm not a professional computer technician and I
certainly don't have all the inside industry information, I have a very
good general knowledge of computer hardware. The people in your store
spoke to me and listened to me very well. Many computer professionals
will not even listen to anyone who is not on their level. I was
impressed and thankful. I will be looking to you guys first anytime I
need computer parts from now on. Thanks.

We had waited a while for you to
return to the store since you had expressed an interest in meeting Ken Sider
Perhaps another time then.
I've just about completed the
software installations, all is going well so far. Due to other commitments
I've allowed
myself a couple of days before
turning the completed machine over to Ken. I expect he will be a very happy
camper.
I'll be back after New
Years for another system for yet another computer club member.
One challenge for me
- I have a hard time convincing people that I do
NOT
own shares in

I wanted to say thanks for all the great
service, it is greatly appreciated.
Everyone at the Barrie store should be
commended for their excellence and
professionalism. They took the time to
ensure that my system, after being
repaired, worked perfectly; it now does.
They also gave me top priority, which I
was willing to pay for, but in the end
they waived that fee also.
The time and care that they took to
ensure that my system was a 100% was
quite amazing and you do not see that
kind of workmanship anymore. I think in
the future I will just have them build
my system, rather than me trying to save
a bit of money, because I think they did
a much better job than I did and they
back up their product 100%. This would
have also saved me a lot of time because
they probably would have discovered this
problem before they delivered the
system.
